Merrian-Webster dictionary defines Self-Doubt as, "a lack of faith in oneself : a feeling of doubt or uncertainty about one's abilities, actions, etc."
So, self-doubt occurs when we lack confidence in ourselves or feel incapable of doing things we need to do from making our dreams come true.
