Your thoughts, and your thoughts alone, are the determining factor in how you will experience life; your thoughts become your reality.

So how do you deal with negative thoughts? Do you fight with them? Do you try to change them? What if I told you that you were handling them all wrong and that your current way of dealing with them keeps you stuck in their vicious, never-ending cycle of pain and hell?

Listen in as I read the chapter, Sufficient Unto Today, from Eric Butterworth’s book Discover The Power Within. Next is Rev Ike’s lecture, Turning Stone to Bread from the early 1980s. Finally, Kiki Dee’s 1974 single, I’ve Got The Music In Me, can help you to elevate your frequency/spirit.

You’ve heard it said, “We become what we think about.” But what does that really mean?

“Consciousness is the resurrecting power – resurrecting that which man is conscious of being,” states Neville Goddard in his book, “At Your Command.”

Listen in as I read from that book, and share what I have learned from Neville. The true nature of consciousness, identifying with the “ I AM,” and how to make visions a reality.  Also included is the song Magic from 1980, which will help you remember the power within and how to use it.

My guest was 15 feet away from the bomb that exploded during the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013. Myself, I was almost strangled to death at the end of my second abusive relationship.

Listen to my conversation with Jennifer Kauffman as we discuss these experiences and our journey of setting ourselves free, what we did, the obstacles along the way, and finding common ground with our respective Hero’s Journey.

The resurrection of the dead is a traditional eschatological belief in the Abrahamic religions. Like Abrahamic religions, Hinduism also believes in rebirth and reincarnation, known as 'samsara.' In fact, you can find this concept in Buddhist, Greek, and even Egyptian writing.

So what does this mean for us; how can it help us on our spiritual journeys of transformation?

Listen to my monthly conversation with Mudhar-Nain Webster as we discuss this topic.

These past few years have been difficult; it has exposed us to our limiting beliefs—the ones telling us we’re supposed to sacrifice and struggle to reach all the necessary life milestones. But basing our goals on the milestones of past generations or living under our family's limiting beliefs isn’t acceptable to us anymore.

Information and theories on change are plentiful. Still, we will never create meaningful and practical changes in our lives without action. But how do we do that?

Listen to my conversation with Erin Baute and Sandhya Sudhakar as they discuss how.

Merrian-Webster dictionary defines Self-Doubt as, "a lack of faith in oneself a feeling of doubt or uncertainty about one's abilities, actions, etc."

So, self-doubt occurs when we lack confidence in ourselves or feel incapable of doing things we need to do from making our dreams come true.

So where does self-doubt come from and how do we move beyond it?

Listen in as I share two major influences on my continuing journey of self-identity, Neville Goddard and Rev Ike. I also share a song by The Staple Singers from 1971 that will help you to cast off the source of your self-doubt this week.
